If we can not match you with someone, or have an odd # of participants, there may be an extra room charge.

____ I'm planning on a few extra days in Guatemala either before or after the workshop (We recommend afterwards. You've had a chance to figure out what additional things you'd like to do and see). You will be on your own for those days, but we are happy to help you with lodging. If you do come in before our normal travel day, there will be an additional charge of $10 for individual airport pick up.

Please enclose US$500 deposit with your registration. Checks or money orders should be made to: Art Workshops in Guatemala. Second payment of US$800 is due 60 days before your class begins. Balance is due 30 days before departure. If the class of your choice does not run, your deposit and any additional monies paid will be refunded in full. Although of course we'd rather you find another class you'd like to take. I'm sorry, but we do not take credit cards at this time.
*** As of January 1, 2006 airfare to Guatemala is no longer included in our package price. Air prices just became too inconsistent after Katrina. I'm still happy to book air for you, and often get good prices. So, do let me know if you are not able to find a good price on your own. (Average from just about anywhere in the USA to GUA seems to be between $500 - $600.) So, our listed price now includes tuition (but not art supplies), lodging in lovely colonial style hotels, hearty breakfasts each morning, all ground transport and some pretty interesting field trips. They are quoted in $$US - AND ARE STILL A GREAT DEAL!!
